Career counseling aims to help all those who want to make the first or the best career choice.
Career counseling will help you manage the direction in which you want your career to move, to determine the knowledge and skills that you need and how to achieve them. Through these counseling you will be clear what your potentials are and how to best use them to be successful.
Career counseling is realized by a certified career advisor with a GCDF certificate.

5. Mentoring programs

Semos Education Career Center in cooperation with companies creates a mentoring program for/(in order to develop) development of specific skills that companies are looking for.
Mentoring programs include three steps:

Step 1: Training in Semos Education
Step 2: Work under the mentoring of mentors from a suitable company
Step 3: Prove yourself! The best will get the opportunity for practice and employment in the company.

During the mentoring program you will have the opportunity to work on real projects under the mentorship of professionals from companies who will share their experience with you of everyday work responsibilities and will allow you to work in a real working environment.
Mentoring programs are organized for all trainings offered by Semos Education.
